Onze klant is actief in de chemie en produceert chemische oplossingen die gebruikt worden voor onderhoud en revisie in de industrie. Ze zijn voor hun productievestiging in regio Dendermonde met een 100-tal medewerkers en zijn tevens ook het hoofdkantoor voor de EMEIA regio. Ondertussen zijn ze meer dan 60 jaar actief en hebben ze wereldwijd meer dan 7 productielocaties. Momenteel zijn ze op zoek naar een E&I Technician om de technische dienst te versterken.
FunctieAls E&I Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor onderstaand takenpakket:
- Je werkt in een team van 2 techniekers afwisselend in een vroege/late shift.
- Verantwoordelijk voor preventief en curatief onderhoud aan geautomatiseerde lijnen en machines.
- Onderhouden, optimaliseren en wijzigen van bestaande installaties.
- Instaan voor de ingebruikname van nieuwe installaties.
- Uitvoeren van interventies, montagewerken en herstellingen.
- Zorgen voor een soepel verloop van de productie door storingen efficiënt op te lossen.
- Voorbereiden van kleine projecten en deze samen met de maintenance manager uitvoeren.
- Opmaken van procesbeschrijvingen.
- Identificeren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen.
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol als E&I Technician, heb je:
- Een diploma binnen een technische richting met focus op meet- en regeltechniek of elektriciteit. Of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Goede kennis van elektriciteit en een basis kennis van PLC's en automatisatie. Kennis van pneumatica en ATEX omgevingen zijn een plus.
- Zowel mensen met een eerste werkervaring binnen onderhoud als schoolverlaters met veel enthousiasme zijn welkom.
- Sterk in het oplossen en analyseren van problemen.
- Een sterk veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn.
- Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
- Teamspirit en bereidheid om samen te werken met de productie.
- Bereid om na opleidingsperiode actief deel te nemen aan de interne interventieploeg.
