- Managing and overseeing the shop's workflow and schedule.
- Calling customers to advise them about service changes or delivery times.
- Coordinating with service team about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
- Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services require
- Checking on progress of repairs throughout the day.
- Handling telephone inquiries regarding inbound work and work in process.
- Reviewing repair orders to ensure that work is completed.
- Assisting with other projects as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Customer focused
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Computer savvy
- Familiarity with auto and trucking, preferred
