Role Overview We are currently seeking Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychologists to join our multidisciplinary teams.
The successful candidates will be a motivated and thoughtful psychologist who brings strong assessment, formulation, and therapeutic skills to their work.
They will value teamwork, reflective practice, and continuous learning, while maintaining the highest standards of evidence-informed care.
Location: Hybrid working model combining in-clinic sessions across our Dublin 6 and/or Dublin 7 locations with working from home.

This role offers a high degree of flexibility, with a blended model of in-person and remote working.
As a proportion of clinical work is delivered remotely, psychologists can expect a mix of working from home and from our health centres, allowing for greater work-life balance while maintaining strong team collaboration.
Centric Mental Health also uses integrated digital systems and clinical tools designed to streamline scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
By reducing administrative burden, we enable clinicians to spend more time where it matters most, with their clients.
Key Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, including ADHD and autism, in line with best practice guidelines Providing evidence-based psychological therapies and interventions for a range of mental health presentations Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records Producing high-quality reports in a timely manner Communicating effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals involved in client care Engaging in clinical supervision to support ongoing professional development and safe practice Staying informed of emerging research and maintain active continuing professional development Managing clinical workload effectively while maintaining high standards of care Providing supervision to Assistant Psychologists, where appropriate Essential Qualifications and Experience Doctorate (or equivalent) in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology Candidates qualified overseas must provide evidence of validation by the Department of Health at time of application Chartered Membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) Experience in providing assessment and intervention services for individuals with ADHD and/or autism Fluent English (Level B2 Advanced or above) Benefits of Working with Centric Mental Health Flexible Working Arrangements including regular working from home Pension Scheme: Company match of 5% employee contribution Professional Growth: Opportunities for development and career progression Discounted GP Visits: For employees and immediate family within Centric Health practices Health & Wellness Subsidy: Contribution towards gym membership and wellbeing supports CPD Support: Ongoing investment in professional development Employee Assistance Programme: Confidential support services Paid Sick Leave Generous Annual Leave with Birthday Day Off Maternity and Paternity Leave Centric Mental Health is an equal opportunities employer committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where both staff and clients feel valued.
