Job Description Job Summary: Perform clinical laboratory testing to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results while maintaining compliance with laboratory standards and protocols. Responsibilities:
Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests across hematology, serology, chemistry, coagulation, and microbiology. Prepare and analyze blood and tissue samples, including gram stains and setup. Perform phlebotomy procedures as needed. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments, including Vitros 7600/3400, Sysmex 550/350, Stago CompactMax, and Clinitek. Follow department protocols and participate in quality control and quality assurance activities. Complete documentation accurately in the EPIC Soft Bank LIS system. Qualifications:
Hold a valid MT or MLT certification, with ASCP or AMT credential. Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience. Demonstrate proficiency in hematology, serology, chemistry, coagulation, and microbiology testing. Be a generalist capable of performing phlebotomy. Exhibit knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and LIS systems, including EPIC Soft Bank. Be able to work independently following department orientation and training. Benefits & Growth:
