Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a full-time Director of Staff Development (DSD) to oversee staff training and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee staff education and training programs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for staff training
- Provide ongoing education in infection control, safety, and best nursing practices
- Support new hires with orientation and onboarding programs
- Monitor and maintain employee training records and certifications
- Work closely with nursing leadership to enhance quality of care and professional development
What We're Looking For:
- Active California LVN license required
- DSD Certification required***
- Experience in staff development, training, or education within a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing healthcare professionals
