Project Executive

This role will have full responsibility for one or more major design-build and will be responsible for the management of employees working at the jobsite. Responsibilities include reviewing, assessing, and initiating actions to maintain project completion schedules, track budgets, cash flow, cost forecasts, and contract changes. The role involves negotiating with clients, preparing and submitting monthly reports, discussing and getting approval of payment applications and change orders, and maintaining regular verbal and written reports to upper management and key representatives of partner teams. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, coordinate numerous activities and groups, build and maintain strong industry relationships, participate in trade associations, and execute additional duties as assigned. The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field, with a minimum of fifteen years of experience as a full control Project Manager or Project Executive overseeing heavy civil structures design-build projects. Travel is required as needed. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The role demands goal orientation, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to work well in a team environment.
