Every month, thousands of consumers use our platform to help them make informed decisions when purchasing a vehicle, while dealerships, lenders and industry partners rely on the information we provide to identify trusted businesses.As a Platform Quality Executive, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of information available across our platform. The work you do will directly contribute to improving customer experiences, increasing trust and helping consumers make better purchasing decisions.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in marketing, digital platforms, customer experience, research and business who wants to learn, develop and build a long-term career.
*What You'll Be Doing*
* Researching and maintaining dealership information across our platform.
* Ensuring dealership profiles contain accurate, relevant and up-to-date information.
* Adding and updating business data to improve the quality and usefulness of our platform.
* Identifying opportunities to enhance dealership profiles and increase their visibility to consumers.
* Reviewing information for accuracy and correcting any inconsistencies.
* Supporting projects that improve the overall customer experience on Car Dealer Reviews.
* Assisting with platform improvements and wider business initiatives.
* Learning how customer experience, digital marketing, consumer behaviour and data quality work together to create a trusted online platform.
* Helping ensure the information consumers rely on is accurate, fair and valuable.
*What We're Looking For*
You don't need previous experience. We are far more interested in your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.We're looking for someone who:
* Has recently left school, college or further education.
* Has an interest in marketing, business, customer experience or digital platforms.
* Enjoys researching and finding information.
* Has excellent attention to detail.
* Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
* Is organised and able to manage their workload effectively.
* Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
* Is curious, motivated and eager to develop new skills.
* Wants to build a successful long-term career.
*What We Offer*
* £22,000 starting salary.
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays, plus an extra day off for your birthday.
