Als Kitchen Supervisor ben jij de kartrekker in de keuken, snackbar en afwas: jij zorgt dat alles hier op rolletjes loopt en onze gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring hebben. In deze dynamische en gastvrije omgeving krijg jij de ruimte om écht het verschil te maken. Wat je gaat doen
Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter de keuken, snackbar én afwas. Met jouw energie, oog voor planning en teamontwikkeling weet je elke dienst tot een succes te maken. Jij bewaakt niet alleen de dagelijkse gang van zaken, maar bent ook hét aanspreekpunt voor je team. In deze veelzijdige rol stuur jij het keukenteam aan en zorg je voor een strakke organisatie, optimale hygiëne en een onvergetelijke gastbeleving. Je houdt toezicht op alle werkzaamheden in de keuken, snackbar en afwas en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Tegelijkertijd beheer je het voorraadniveau, plaats je bestellingen en controleer je leveringen, zodat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Je stelt dienstroosters op, stemt deze af met het team en bewaakt de personeelsbezetting, terwijl je je team motiveert, coacht en on the job kennis overdraagt. Je haalt energie uit het tempo erin houden en het eruit knallen van de gerechten, en zorgt dat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt. Daarnaast denk je actief mee met de F&B Manager, signaleer je verbeterpunten en borg je dat processen consistent en efficiënt verlopen, zodat iedere dienst soepel en succesvol verloopt. Wie je bent
Jij bent een echte aanpakker en een natuurlijke leidinggevende met een flinke dosis passie voor de horeca. Je behoudt overzicht, communiceert duidelijk en weet je team mee te nemen in een georganiseerde en gastgerichte manier van werken. Hygiëne en structuur zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend, en je bewaakt actief dat alle richtlijnen worden gevolgd. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen het aansturen van je team en het uitvoeren van operationele werkzaamheden, waarbij je iedereen motiveert en ontwikkelt. Problemen pak jij vroegtijdig aan en je denkt altijd in oplossingen, zodat de dienst soepel verloopt en gasten een topbeleving hebben. Hard werken op wisselende tijden is voor jou geen probleem; avonden, weekenden en drukke momenten geven je juist energie. Tegelijkertijd zorgen we ervoor dat je ook regelmatig hele weekenden of weekenddagen vrij hebt om op te laden. Verder neem je mee: - Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de horeca of keukenomgeving. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden - Je bent goed in teamverband - Leermeester en/of Sociale Hygiëne? Indien je een parttime dienstverband hebt, worden jouw salaris en vakantiedagen naar rato berekend. Het salaris is afhankelijk van jouw opleiding en ervaring.
