Het kantoor bestaat uit een team van een 12-tal medewerkers en combineert een persoonlijke aanpak met professionele dienstverlening. De focus ligt voornamelijk op beleggingen en klantenrelaties op lange termijn, met een portefeuille van klanten met een gemiddeld vermogen rond €300K.

FunctieAls Personal Banker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitbouwen van een bestaande klantenportefeuille.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Beheren van een portefeuille van ± 400 à 500 gezinnen
- Adviseren rond beleggingen (focus op fondsen)
- Actief inzetten op cross-selling binnen het aanbod
- Begeleiden van klanten in vermogensopbouw en successieplanning
- Opvolgen van klantenrelaties op lange termijn
- Realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen
- Regelmatig evalueren van resultaten en targets
Je neemt een bestaande portefeuille over en zorgt voor een vlotte overgang, met ondersteuning van een ervaren collega in de beginfase.

- Commercieel ingesteld en sterk in klantenrelaties
- Interesse in of ervaring met beleggingen
- Communicatief, vriendelijk en professioneel
- Iemand die vertrouwen opbouwt zonder “pushy” te zijn
- Ambitie om te groeien richting private banking, maar realistisch in verwachtingen
- Bij voorkeur iemand met binding met de regio
- PCP-attest is een plus
- Zowel schoolverlaters als ervaren profielen komen in aanmerking
Belangrijk: dit is een rol met beperkte verticale doorgroeimogelijkheden, dus we zoeken iemand die vooral inhoudelijk wil groeien en zich wil verdiepen in klantenadvies op lange termijn.
