Onze klant is een dynamische, creatieve en succesvolle logistieke dienstverlener en transportgroep. Ze bieden innovatieve oplossingen aan op vlak van zowel logistiek (reverse logistics, crossdocks, …) als transport (intermodaal met de trein, shortsea, luchtvracht,..).
FunctieAls Supervisor, neem jij de touwtjes in handen binnen onze magazijnen. Je coacht en motiveert diverse teams, en zorgt ervoor dat onze logistieke processen vlot en efficiënt verlopen. Geen enkele dag is dezelfde: afwisseling en impact verzekerd!
Jouw takenpakket:
- Aansturen en coachen van magazijnteams op verschillende locaties;
- Plannen en opvolgen van magazijnactiviteiten zodat alles tijdig en efficiënt verloopt;
- Optimaliseren van de inzet van mensen, middelen en ruimte;
- Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van procedures;
- Klantgericht optreden en inspelen op opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten.
Als supervisor beschik je over de onderstaande kwaliteiten:
- Je haalt energie uit logistiek. Je motiveert je team met enthousiasme en weet je drive over te brengen in de werkvloer;
- Je creëert vertrouwen door eerlijk en transparant te communiceren. Je handelt correct, ook onder druk;
- Je staat letterlijk en figuurlijk tussen je mensen. Je pakt uitdagingen aan met beide handen en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren;
- Je hebt een logistieke opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen magazijn/logistieke omgeving;
- Je motiveert, begeleidt en bouwt aan een krachtig team;
Je hebt inzicht in logistieke processen en vlotte omgang met systemen (ERP, WMS, TMS);
- Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels geschreven en gesproken;
- Je beschikt over flexibiliteit in werktijden en een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding.
