We is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is built for someone who thrives on communication, moves with urgency, and takes pride in creating a premium customer experience. If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to make an impact, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities
Professionally manage all inbound leads with speed, accuracy, and confidence. Convert incoming sales calls into qualified showroom appointments. Make 80+ outbound calls per shift to prospects and existing customers. Follow up with unsold showroom traffic to regain opportunities. Maintain long-term customer follow-up for retention and future sales. Keep detailed, accurate notes in the CRM to support the sales team. Follow all dealership processes and adapt quickly to workflow changes. Schedule
Monday–Saturday One weekday off each week 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break) Qualifications
Prior BDC experience is a plus. Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills. Process-driven, reliable, and self-motivated. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Professional presence and a customer-first mindset. Compensation
