A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative operations within a hospital environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of departmental operations while supervising office staff and supporting organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of hospital operations.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the office/department.
- Supervise, mentor, and support office staff.
- Ensure efficient administrative workflows and departmental productivity.
- Coordinate office procedures and maintain organized documentation.
- Support departmental leadership with administrative and operational initiatives.
- Promote compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Master's Degree required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of four (4) years of administrative experience required.
- Previous hospital or healthcare environment experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations.
- Managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working in unionized environments preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Title 22, and Consent Law preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Position Type: Contract
Please note that the salary range and/or hourly rate range of $30.00-$40.00/hour is a good faith determination of potential base compensation offered to applicants at the time of this job advertisement and may be subject to modification in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or hourly rate, various factors may be taken into account as applicable (such as location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, and internal equity).
