Brookfield Clinic | Full-Time | $16.58$18.00/hr. + $750 Sign-On Bonus

Clinical Leadership That's Actually There

You're never on an island. You'll receive strong clinical mentorship, real career pathways into leadership, and colleagues who treat your expertise like it matters. Because it does.

  • Paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with guidance and support from mentors and peers.

What You'll Do:

You'll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. Day to day, that means:

  • Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans.
  • Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try.
  • Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology.
  • Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
  • Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days.

  • $16.58$18.00/hour

What We're Looking For:

  • Full-time availability MondayFriday, between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliabilityshowing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
  • Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
  • Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human servicesexperience with children is a plus
  • Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employmentwe'll prepare you
  • Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed
