FunctieVoor onze klant gevestigd te Lommel zijn wij op zoek naar een Shift Supervisor!
Als Shift Supervisor ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen het kantoor en het magazijn van onze klant. Met jouw leidinggevende skills stuur je een team van circa 12 enthousiaste medewerkers aan en zorg je ervoor dat alle processen veilig, soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Jij coacht, organiseert en communiceert helder en motiverend – zo zorg jij ervoor dat het magazijn blijft draaien als een geoliede machine.
Welke taken zal je als Shift Supervisor op jou nemen?
- De coördinatie en optimalisatie van de dagelijkse magazijnprocessen binnen jouw ploeg;
- Je zorgt voor een duidelijke en vlotte ploegoverdracht;
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers;
- Helder communiceren tussen magazijn en kantoor;
- Je stemt de personeelsbezetting af op de planning en de operationele behoeften;
- Motiveren, ondersteunen en ontwikkelen van jouw team;
- Bewaken van de orde, netheid, hygiëne en veiligheid;
- Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager.
Voor de functie van Shift Supervisor te Lommel zijn wij op zoek naar volgende kandidaat:
- Je bent een geboren leider met een hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor detail;
- Veiligheid en teamspirit staan bij jou hoog in het vaandel;
- Door jouw duidelijke communicatie en positieve aanpak inspireer je jouw team om het beste uit zichzelf te halen;
- Je beschikt over minimum 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring;
- Ervaring met een reach- en heftruck is een must.
