Als Senior Hypotheekacceptant beoordeel je de meest complexe hypotheekdossiers en ben je specialist op het gebied van maatwerkconstructies en uitzonderingen. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega's met jouw kennis en draag je actief bij aan de kwaliteit van het team.
Jouw werkzaamheden:
- Je beoordeelt complexe hypotheekaanvragen van ondernemers, DGA's en klanten met afwijkende inkomenssituaties.
- Je beoordeelt maatwerkconstructies en uitzonderingen binnen de geldende acceptatiekaders.
- Je deelt jouw specialistische kennis met minder ervaren collega’s en leert hen hoe ze risico’s kunnen inschatten en waar maatwerk mogelijk is.
- Je voert de laatste controle op dossiers uit en voorziet collega’s van opbouwende feedback op hun werk.
- Je neemt een leidende rol in het optimaliseren van processen en denkt samen met je teamleider mee over verbeteringen in het acceptatieproces.
- Je fungeert als coach en vraagbaak voor junior en medior collega’s, zodat het team als geheel sterker wordt.
