Functieomschrijving Ongeveer 60% van je tijd werk je actief mee op de werkvloer: assemblage, testen en afregelen van de machines, samen met je team 40% van je tijd besteed je aan coördinatie, aansturing en productontwikkeling, waarbij je:
- De productieplanning opstelt en de medewerkers, techniekers en onderaannemers aanstuurt
- De kwaliteit en voortgang van het productieproces bewaakt en de eindcontrole uitvoert
- De processen in kaart brengt en documenteert
- Interne specificaties, nieuwigheden en klant-specifieke afwijkingen nauwgezet opvolgt
- Optreedt als aanspreekpunt en klankbord voor de productiemedewerkers en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking met andere diensten en collega’s
- Instaat voor een deel van het plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen bij toeleveranciers, inclusief ingangscontrole
- Waakt over veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu door een veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving te garanderen en keuringen, instructies, veiligheidsfiches en afvalstromen te beheren
- Zorgt voor een vlotte technische werking door storingen op te lossen, onderhoud van machines, installaties en infrastructuur te plannen en investeringsvoorstellen te formuleren
- Een actieve bijdrage levert aan productontwikkeling (R&D) en relevante technische en sectorale evoluties opvolgt
- Je hebt ervaring in een technische of productieomgeving (bv. machinebouw, assemblage, montage/onderhoud of metaal) en groeide door richting coördinatie of aansturing
- Je hebt een sterke elektromechanische basis, zodat je collega’s op de werkvloer technisch kan bijstaan
- Je bent gedreven, oplossingsgericht en houdt van technische uitdagingen
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt graag actief mee op de vloer
- Kennis van hydraulica, pneumatica, matrijzenbouw, metaalbewerking en veiligheidsvoorschriften voor machinebouw is een meerwaarde
- Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook vlot binnen een team en neemt van nature verantwoordelijkheid
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een praktische kennis van Engels; kennis van Frans is een plus
- Je combineert leidinggeven met meewerken en bewaart het overzicht over planning, kwaliteit en techniek.
- Je communiceert duidelijk en coachend en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
- Je werkt gestructureerd: prioriteiten stellen, vooruit plannen en bijsturen waar nodig.
- Je denkt probleemoplossend mee en neemt initiatief rond veiligheid, onderhoud en verbeteringen.
- Een sleutelrol binnen een internationaal en financieel gezond bedrijf met korte beslissingslijnen en directe impact
- Een vaste, voltijdse functie met ruimte voor groei, initiatief en technische verdieping
