Vous intervenez sur un portefeuille de marques internationales majeures (Meta, Google, Amazon, Ring, Microsoft, Samsung, Segway, Starlink, Asus, Ezviz, Bang & Olufsen, Sumup, etc.) et auprès des acteurs clés de la distribution (Fnac-Darty, Boulanger, Amazon, Cdiscount, Carrefour, Leclerc, Auchan, Electro Dépôt, Décathlon, ...).
Dans un contexte de remplacement stratégique, nous recrutons un BDM capable de driver la performance, développer des comptes clés et accélérer la croissance.
Votre mission : faire croître le business de bout en bout
En tant que Business Development Manager, vous êtes responsable de votre chiffre et de votre pipeline sur votre périmètre.
Développement commercial
- Piloter et développer un portefeuille clients retail & e-commerce
- Identifier et signer de nouvelles opportunités business
- Construire et négocier des offres commerciales à forte valeur
- Répondre aux appels d'offres stratégiques
Onboarding et développement de nouveaux clients
- Identifier, prospecter et intégrer de nouveaux clients à fort potentiel
- Structurer le processus d'onboarding (référencement, conditions commerciales, flux logistiques, mise en place des outils)
- Accompagner le démarrage opérationnel et sécuriser les premiers volumes
- Développer rapidement le business via des plans d'activation adaptés
- Être garant de la qualité de l'expérience client dès les premières interactions
Pilotage de la performance
- Gérer votre pipeline dans le CRM avec précision
- Atteindre et dépasser vos objectifs CA & marge (mensuels / trimestriels)
- Mettre en place des plans d'action commerciaux ciblés
Animation de l'écosystème
- Être l'ambassadeur de la BU auprès des clients et des équipes internes
- Former et accompagner les équipes commerciales généralistes
- Développer la visibilité des marques et des offres CE
Le profil que nous recherchons
- Bac +5 (commerce ou équivalent)
- Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en distribution / retail / IT / high-tech
- Forte culture résultat et performance commerciale
- Capacité à gérer des comptes stratégiques et des cycles de vente complexes
- À l'aise en négociation, en présentation et en relation client
- Organisation, rigueur et gestion des priorités
- Anglais professionnel (B2 minimum)
