This role is designed around a flexible 3-day work week, with two potential schedule options:
  • Friday-Sunday
  • Saturday-Monday

Weekend shifts are focused on urgent care and same-day sick appointments, allowing you to enjoy the pace, variety, and medical challenge of urgent care medicine while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance.

This newly created position will help expand our growing urgent care services and meet a significant need within our community for accessible same-day veterinary care. Qualifications
Required
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
  • Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Washington
  • Strong commitment to high-quality companion animal medicine
  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
  • Interest in urgent care, emergency triage, and same-day medicine

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary for this opportunity starts at $130,000+ annually. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
