Als customer service medewerker ben jij het gezicht van ons bedrijf voor onze (inter)nationale klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het order- en serviceproces soepel verloopt en klanten tevreden zijn. In deze rol combineer je klantcontact met administratieve taken en werk je nauw samen met accountmanagers en interne afdelingen. Je krijgt de kans om mee te denken over verbeteringen en draagt actief bij aan een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen. Jouw bijdrage maakt een verschil in de klantbeleving en de efficiëntie van onze processen.
Wat ga je doen:- Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders in SAP, inclusief het beheren van een foutloze administratie.
- Beantwoorden van klantvragen over producten, levertijden en orderstatus.
- Signaleren en afhandelen van klachten, afwijkingen en knelpunten.
- Proactief meedenken met klanten en accountmanagers door kansen en verbeteringen te signaleren.
- Dagelijks onderhouden van contact met klanten en interne afdelingen.

We zoeken een klantgerichte professional met oog voor detail en passie voor service.
- MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in klantenservice of binnendienst.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
- Nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig in een dynamische omgeving.
- Ervaring met SAP of vergelijkbare systemen is een pré.
