This role starts as a cold-call, outside sales position where you'll receive top-tier resources, training, and tools to master the art of business development. We’ll equip you with consultative sales techniques to help you build a thriving referral network—one that keeps your pipeline full and your success growing. This includes door-to-door outreach, leveraging social media, attending local events, and building strong relationships with potential customers. Sell with a Purpose – Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Wire 3 provides the best solution. Stay Sharp on Market Trends – Keep tabs on competitors, identify opportunities, and adapt your approach to stay ahead. Own Your Success – Meet and exceed sales goals by actively building and managing your pipeline. Your drive and determination will directly impact your success! REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and engage with others. Confident, outgoing, and personable demeanor, fostering positive interactions with team members and clients. Experience with CRM systems (like Spotio, HubSpot or Microsoft 365). Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter. Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time-management skills. Proficient in operating personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad). Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to hit goals. Dependable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed. Ability to pass a criminal background check. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED. Seeking a long-term career opportunity. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to work comfortably in various outdoor weather conditions Physically capable of performing tasks that involve walking long distances and enduring extended hours in the Florida sun and heat.
