Job Details:
Inpatient and call coverage for Non-Invasive Cardiology
Schedule consists of 1-2 weeks of coverage Monday through Friday with weekend availability beginning July onward
Standard shift hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Weekend call coverage required 2+ weekends per month with a call ratio of 2:4 (does not have to be consecutive)
Average of 20 clinic patients per day
Patient population consists of adult and geriatric patients
Other cardiologists will be present during coverage
No supervision of other healthcare providers required
Documentation via Oracle/Cerner EMR
Required procedures include Echocardiography, Transesophageal Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), and Treadmill Stress Tests
Board Certification required
Active New Jersey State License required
BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
Fellowship Training required
NPDB Self-Query report required at time of presentation (must be pulled within 30 days)
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
