FunctieAls senior accountant ben jij het aanspreekpunt binnen jouw dossiers. Je combineert nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheid met een coachende en klantgerichte aanpak. Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z, begeleidt jongere collega’s en denkt mee over optimalisaties binnen het team.
Wat je mag verwachten:
- Volledige opvolging van dossiers van A-Z, inclusief fiscale verplichtingen en rapporteringen.
- Opstellen van jaarrekeningen, balansen en fiscale aangiftes.
- Nauwe samenwerking met collega’s binnen accountancy en advies.
- Klantencontact: je capteert noden en vertaalt die naar gerichte oplossingen.
- Begeleiden en aansturen van junior collega’s binnen je team.
Je krijgt ruimte om je eigen stijl te ontwikkelen en je verder te verdiepen in het vak, of het nu richting strategisch advies, digitalisering of people management is.
ProfielWe zoeken een stevige accountant met zin voor initiatief en een warme, mensgerichte aanpak.
- Bachelor of master in een economische richting.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in accountancy en fiscaliteit, liefst binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
- Sterk in communicatie – zowel intern als richting klant.
- Teamspeler met coachende flair en organisatorisch inzicht.
- Talenkennis: Nederlands vlot, Frans of Engels zijn mooi meegenomen.
