My client is a leading SaaS solutions provider with a global presence. They provide its own unique solution to companies and organisations across the globe to help promote their products and service to customers, not limited to hospitality, sightseeing attractions and events. With its global expansion, my client is looking for a DevOps Engineer (Senior) to join the Hong Kong team and this hiring is open to relocate in the near future.
Responsibility Manage, monitor, and maintain high availability of software services running on AWS cloud infrastructure
Automating CI/CD pipelining and deployments to Kubernetes infrastructure
Support scalable automation to manage and monitor cloud systems.
Plan and develop automated tests for cloud-based products in an agile development approach.
Develop strategies and directions for network solutions using current and emerging technologies
Develop, implement, and enforce corporate policies, standards, and guidelines that are aligned with the company's strategic business objectives
Translate business requirements into network or process designs
Research new technologies, techniques and 3rd party frameworks to benefit the automation.
Perform troubleshooting to resolve technical incidents.
Requirement Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
At least 4 years of experience in AWS, Cloud Infrastructure and EKS
Proficiency with in network administration, infrastructure management and maintenance
Good experience with DNS, HTTP(S), SMTP
Coding experience around infrastructure automation with scripts or specialised tools such as Terraform
Hands‑on experience in production deployment and release management
Experience with CI/CD methodology and their tools such as Git, ArgoCD
Exposure to Linux environment and advanced knowledge and experience of automating / scripting tasks is essential
Container management and container orchestration experience – Docker, Kubernetes
Hands‑on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or related database
