Functieomschrijving
Als Project Coördinator Art Logistics ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en coördinatie van internationale kunsttransporten en tentoonstellingsprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met musea, curatoren en gespecialiseerde partners en zorgt ervoor dat elk transport en elke op- en afbouw tot in de puntjes wordt uitgevoerd.
Je takenpakket omvat:
Coördineren van complexe kunsttransporten (baan-, lucht- en zeevracht) voor nationale en internationale tentoonstellingen
Plannen en afstemmen van opbouw en afbouw van tentoonstellingen in samenwerking met conservators, registrars, koeriers en internationale agenten
Fungeren als centrale spil tussen interne afdelingen (douane, luchtvracht, planning, warehouse, technische teams)
Opstellen en opvolgen van transportdossiers en bijhorende documentatie
Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en uitvoering van transporten en installaties
Aanspreekpunt voor musea, galerieën en internationale partnersProfiel We zoeken een ervaren coördinator met feeling voor projecten én detail, die zich thuis voelt in een internationale en veeleisende omgeving:
Minstens 3–5 jaar ervaring in transportcoördinatie, bij voorkeur in (kunst)logistiek of museale context
Sterke organisatorische skills: je behoudt overzicht in complexe, multidisciplinaire projecten
Ervaring met of affiniteit met art handling en conditie-eisen (grote troef)
Proactief en oplossingsgericht: je schakelt snel bij onverwachte situaties
Zeer sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (intern én extern, internationaal)
Talenkennis: Nederlands, Engels en Frans (must)
Affiniteit met kunst/cultuur en werken in een projectmatige, internationale context
Professionele vaardigheden:
Een transportdossier beheren
Het transport van goederen organiseren
Transportdocumenten opstellen
De uitvoering van prestaties controleren
