Responsibilities
On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, driving and passion for helping people.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced, evolving tech environment, remaining flexible and open to change.
Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Receive tools, training, and coaching to meet and exceed goals.

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.93 - $20.82 per hour, plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
