This role is critical in ensuring that every lead is properly managed, converted, and guided through the first step of their legal journey with professionalism, urgency, and care. Competitive hourly rate:
$8 – $16/hour Performance-based incentives Fully remote position (LATAM-based candidates encouraged) Paid time off and sick leave Paid training and professional development opportunities High-growth, high-performance environment Position is remote in Colombia or LATAM What You’ll Do
Lead, manage, and develop a remote team responsible for intake and sales Oversee the full lead lifecycle from initial intake to consultation conversion Ensure all new leads are contacted within 24 hours or less Build and optimize intake and sales workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and conversion rates Monitor team performance using daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Review calls and intake interactions to ensure quality, empathy, and consistency Work closely with leadership to improve processes and scale operations Support training, onboarding, and continuous coaching of team members Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and high performance What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience managing sales teams, intake teams, or client service teams Strong background in sales and conversion-driven environments Experience in immigration law firms or legal services is required Proven ability to manage KPIs, CRM systems, and performance metrics Bilingual (English & Spanish required) Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and urgency
