We are seeking motivated, coachable candidates to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. No prior licensing is required; step-by-step licensing assistance and comprehensive training are provided to support your success. Key Responsibilities
Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance and retirement needs and develop tailored recommendations. Present and explain life, health, and retirement product options clearly and professionally. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and high-quality service. Manage and prioritize leads using company systems; follow up consistently to convert opportunities (training provided). Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry and company standards. Achieve individual performance objectives and contribute to team goals. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service orientation. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a desire to build a career in insurance. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems and tools. No prior insurance experience or license required; prior sales or client-service experience is a plus. What We Offer
