Job Description
As a Armed Security Officer - Response in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including preparing clear and timely incident documentation.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious behavior, security-related concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
- Support cash handling and other sensitive operational areas through visible presence, observation, and adherence to post orders and security-related protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
- Possess 1 or more years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
- Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
