Senior Manager Portfolio Risk & Underwriting Strategy (m/w/d)
- Ganzheitliche Strategieentwicklung: Entwicklung und Steuerung der Kreditrichtlinie über den gesamten Kreditlebenszyklus hinweg – von der automatisierten Antragsprüfung bis hin zur Collection-Strategie
- Automatisierungs‑Roadmap: Transition zu vollautomatisierten Kreditentscheidungen im Small‑Ticket‑Bereich inkl. Echtzeitentscheidungen für POS‑Partner
- Exposure‑ & Konzentrationssteuerung: Überwachung und Festlegung von Limits für branchenbezogene Konzentrationen sowie Großexposure-Gruppen
- Optimierung der Collection-Strategie: Implementierung datenbasierter Recovery-Strategien (z. B. Propensity‑to‑Pay-Modelle), um die LGD zu minimieren und Inkassokosten zu optimieren
- Koordination risikobasierter Preisgestaltung: Steuerung der risikoorientierten Preisgestaltung gemeinsam mit Produkt‑ und Pricing‑Teams zur Gewährleistung risikoadäquater Margen
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Finanzwesen, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem technologieorientierten Studiengang
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Finanzierungsinstitut (Leasing oder Bank) in einer Risikoabteilung mit Schwerpunkt auf Risikostrategie‑Entwicklung, laufende Steuerung und Optimierung sowie Portfoliomanagement
- Credit Scoring & Modellkalibrierung: Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Feinabstimmung von Antrags-Scorecards (A‑Score) und Verhaltensmodellen (B‑Score)
- Decision‑Engine‑Logik: Expertise in der Konfiguration von Entscheidungsregeln zur Ermöglichung von Straight‑Through‑Processing (STP)
- A/B‑Testing & Champion/Challenger: Fähigkeit zur Konzeption und Durchführung von Tests an Kreditregeln zur Optimierung der Genehmigungsquote ohne Erhöhung der Delinquenz
- Datengetriebenes Underwriting: Sicherer Umgang mit klassischen Auskunftei-Daten und alternativen Daten zur automatisierten finanziellen Bewertung
- Analytisches Toolset: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL, Python oder R, um Erkenntnisse aus großen Datensätzen zu gewinnen und Portfolioentwicklungen zu identifizieren
