In this independent-style role, you will engage in structured, consultative conversations with individuals who have expressed interest in career development and personal growth pathways.

It is an independent, performance-based partnership designed for individuals seeking flexibility and autonomy while working within an established business framework.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct phone or Zoom interviews and enrollment-style conversations
Use a consultative, needs-based communication approach
Explore goals, challenges, and readiness for change
Clearly explain program structure, learning pathways, and expectations
Support individuals through informed, thoughtful decision-making
Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Use digital and AI-assisted tools to support operations and communication
Manage your own schedule, workflow, and follow-up activities
This opportunity is well-suited for professionals with experience in:
Consultative sales or high-ticket closing
Coaching, mentoring, or program enrollment
Admissions advising or client success management
Account management, relationship building, or HR leadership
