What's in it for You?

  • Hourly pay: $52.00 to $63.00, based on experience and qualifications

  • Full-time position

  • Typical schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

  • Expected workload: 40 to 50 hours per week

Your New Role

  • Safely operate lattice boom cranes on heavy construction projects

  • Perform crane setup, operation, and breakdown in accordance with applicable safety standards and project requirements

  • Complete daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns

  • Coordinate lifting operations with supervisors, riggers, and field personnel

  • Follow lift plans, load charts, and established job site procedures

  • Maintain required operational documentation and equipment records

  • Support safe, efficient job site operations based out of Eastlake, Ohio, with travel to project sites throughout Northwest Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio

  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety, communication, and quality workmanship on every project

  • NCCCO certification to operate a lattice boom crane is required

  • Class A CDL preferred

  • 3 to 5 years of lattice boom crane or heavy equipment operating experience

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of crane operation, lift planning, load charts, and construction safety practices

  • Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify maintenance concerns

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to safe, dependable, and professional job performance
