The ASC Administrator will report to regional leadership within the broader surgical platform while maintaining close alignment with a governing board and physician partners. This ASC Administrator will oversee department leaders across clinical and business functions, while also collaborating directly with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and corporate operational teams. The ASC Administrator will oversee a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center featuring 8 operating rooms and 4 procedure rooms, supporting a diverse case mix including orthopedics, spine, GI, and robotics. This ASC Administrator will lead a team of experienced clinical and administrative professionals in a fast-paced, efficiency-driven environment that still maintains a strong sense of teamwork and accountability. The ASC Administrator will work alongside highly skilled physicians and dedicated staff who are deeply invested in both patient outcomes and operational success.
The ASC Administrator will be responsible for driving both clinical excellence and operational performance, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. This ASC Administrator will also oversee budgeting, financial performance, staffing strategies, and physician relations, balancing day-to-day operations with long-term growth initiatives.
