EWINGS, INC. is a 24-year-old firm with active Fortune 500 clients, battle-tested delivery workflows, and deep regulatory domain expertise that most software companies will never acquire. We are now converting that institutional knowledge into an AI-native operational platform purpose-built for enterprise health plans - one of the most complex, high-stakes segments in the entire enterprise software market ripe for disruption. If that is the kind of environment that energizes you, you will fit in immediately. About the Role You'll shape how an entire industry experiences software that finally works. Thousands of payers and providers will touch what you build, most of them coming off clunky legacy tools, so the bar is clarity and craft. You'll own the look and feel of the product, not inherit a frozen design system you're forbidden to touch. What you'll do: Own the visual and interaction design of the platform, from overall look and feel down to individual workflows. Build and maintain the design system: components, patterns, typography, and the standards the whole product is built on. Design complex, data-heavy interfaces that stay clear and usable for non-technical enterprise users. Turn ambiguous problems into clean, shippable designs quickly, then iterate from real use. Work side by side with engineering so designs ship faithfully and fast, not thrown over a wall. Build accessibility and usability standards into the product from the start. Use AI tooling in your workflow to move faster and explore more. This is how we work. What you need: A strong portfolio of shipped product design work, ideally for complex or data-dense applications. Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools. The ability to build and evolve a design system, not just produce one-off screens. Comfort working closely with engineers in a component-based frontend (React or similar), and a working sense of what is and isn't cheap to build. Strong instincts for clarity, hierarchy, and turning complexity into something that feels simple. Nice to have: Experience designing for enterprise, B2B, or regulated industries. Some hands-on ability to implement or prototype in frontend code. Experience designing AI-driven or agentic product experiences. Tech environment: A component-based React frontend with the design system built into it. Designers and engineers work in tight loops, not in separate tracks. Specific tooling is shared during the interview process.
