Your Role at Baxter Baxter’s Respiratory Health Division, part of our Front‑Line Care business unit, offers products including airway clearance, mobile non‑invasive ventilation and oscillation and lung expansion therapies targeted at respiratory diseases. These therapies are now prescribed by more than 14,000 physicians nationwide for more than 80,000 patients.
When a physician prescribes any of our respiratory therapies for home use, our Patient Care Organization reaches out to each patient to explain the benefits of the therapy, manages insurance paperwork, coordinates delivery to the home, trains and sets up patients, and oversees patient satisfaction and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Meet, or exceed, regional sales quotas
Develop comprehensive, annual strategic regional plans for management review
Lead sales activities for the region, guided by RH division goals and sales organization objectives
Manage a team of Account Executives and Clinical Specialists
Partner with peer AVPs, RVP and Sales VP to drive divisional sales policies, procedures, and strategies
Nurture strong relationships with internal operations, finance, HR, and other support functions to maximize profitability and efficiency
Meet administrative expectations; adhere to company and regulatory/compliance policies
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Baxter’s processes, products and services
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of top‑level sales performance in medical device or healthcare industry
3+ years of leadership experience in medical device or healthcare industry
Experience hiring, developing, and managing sales team performance
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Valid driver’s license
Compensation and Benefits The estimated base pay range for this position is $152,000 – $170,000 annually, with additional opportunity to earn incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding goals. Individual pay is based on location, skills, experience and other relevant factors.
