Complete Care is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at one of our skilled nursing centers in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly renovated 180-certified-bed facility with strong potential for growth, operational improvement, and leadership impact.

We are looking for an Administrator who can build culture, elevate performance, support clinical excellence, and create an environment where residents, families, and team members feel valued every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the facility including clinical, financial, regulatory, and customer service performance
  • Lead department heads and develop a strong, accountable leadership team
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Drive quality measures, survey readiness, and resident satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, labor, census development, and operational goals
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and retention
  • Build relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and the community
Qualifications
  • Active New Jersey LNHA license required
  • Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator preferred
  • Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
  • Demonstrated success with operations, team development, and financial management
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
