We are currently looking for a Site Engineer for our large scale residential project in Coolock.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations Monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project Setting out using a variety of instruments as chosen by the company Supervise and monitor subcontractors work Report progress of works to Package Manager and highlight any issues Provide technical guidance and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise Quality management and BCAR co-ordination Adhere to planning, health and safety and environmental standards Weekly and monthly reporting of data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time Requirements Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil/ Structural) Significant experience as a Site Engineer with either a Developer and/or Main Contractor Strong setting out experience using equipment such as Total Station and GPS Full clean, manual driver's licence is essential Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment with changing priorities Strong attention to detail Our Values Collaborative: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment Customer Focused: Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset Safety First: Committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive working environment Can-Do: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile Innovative: Open to new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Benefits Competitive salary in one of Ireland's fastest growing PLCs with regular compensation reviews Company Vehicle Performance related bonus Comprehensive health insurance for you and your dependents Contributory pension scheme Tax saver travel and bike to work Paid volunteering days Continuous Professional development (CPD) programme & funding Employee Assistance Programme Long term illness cover Peace of mind with life assurance Family friendly policies including flexible parental leave, fertility leave, and paid maternity and paternity leaves Employee committees
