What You’ll Do
Conduct in-depth health assessments and evaluate patient needs,
Provide pharmacological and non-pharmacological management for patients experiencing behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia,
Make appropriate cost-efficient referral decisions,
In addition to the outpatient work, this role will perform inpatient geriatric consultations which include diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing follow up.
As we expand our team, you will work in a multi-disciplinary inpatient team, to help oversee implementation of Age-Friendly Health System, and ongoing operations as well as measuring process & outcome measures.
Located at Mass General Brigham’s Atwood Health Center, the practice shares a spacious facility with or is adjacent to many other Mass General Brigham services for a one-stop health and wellness destination including OBGYN, the Diabetes Center, Infectious Diseases, General Surgical Care, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Spine Medicine, and Integrated Behavioral Health. In addition, we have on site a lab/patient service center, Radiology & Imaging, and Rehabilitation Services. Take a moment to hear what some of our providers and leaders have to share!
