Our client is seeking a Qualified Accountant to join their team as a Finance Manager.

This opportunity is ideal for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Senior Accountant or Finance Business Partner looking to join a collaborative and commercially focused organisation where you'll work closely with senior leadership, lead a high-performing finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance, continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Location: Dublin 12 (Hybrid) Contract: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract Salary: €70,000
- €80,000 Key responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a team of six finance professionals, providing ongoing coaching and support.
Manage the month-end management accounts process, ensuring reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.
Review and approve reconciliations, journals and financial controls.
Prepare management accounts, including detailed variance analysis for senior leadership.
Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, debtor management and supplier payments.
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Manage the year-end audit process and assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements.
Drive finance systems improvements, automation projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Partner with the Finance Director and senior management on financial analysis, commercial decision-making and strategic projects.
Build strong working relationships across the wider business to support operational and commercial objectives.
What you'll need to succeed ACA or ACCA qualified.
Minimum three to five years' post-qualification experience in a senior finance position.
Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Senior Accountant or Finance Business Partner.
Experience leading, managing or mentoring a finance team.
Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.
Experience managing year-end audit and statutory reporting.
Commercially focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent systems knowledge with a passion for process improvement.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. xyswxtq
