Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative based in Latin America to identify and engage with prospective customers who are not yet aware of Hostfully's solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to create and execute a territory plan to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
This role is focused on outbound activity and is ideal for someone passionate about initiating new relationships and building and maintaining their pipeline along the Sales Cycle.
What You'll Do- Drive revenue growth through high-quality and quantity cold calls and emails, expanding Hostfully's brand awareness within your assigned territory.
- Research prospects aligning with Hostfully's ideal customer profile, sourcing contact information and optimal outreach methods.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Operations on projects supporting the broader sales team.
- Significantly impact business growth through lead qualification, opportunity development, and new customer acquisition, working in conjunction with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Partner with internal resources to foster your sales career development. Performance will be evaluated based on your ability to expand Hostfully's client base.
- English speaker (other languages are a plus!).
- Tenacity and comfort with high-rejection environments.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS Sales.
- Experience with sales tech stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools like Apollo, Outreach, Clay, Mixmax, etc.)
- Proven success in cold outreach with metrics to support (e.g., call volumes, meetings booked, etc).
- Experienced in Outbound prospecting strategies.
- High desire to develop your sales career and passion for success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong objection-handling skills and a consultative selling approach.
- Strong organization and sales process skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrable track record within lead generation, cold calling, or new business sales capacity.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to quickly adopt software tools and propose process improvements.
- Goal-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated within a team environment.
- Ability to build urgency and align stakeholders to drive decision-making.
- Comfortable with forecasting and pipeline management using a CRM.
