About the Role
As a Solutions Architect at Elastic you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners and community. You will help customers solve business issues with the Elastic Stack, drive relationships, and support sales through partners. Responsibilities
Act as the technical point of contact for assigned accounts and account managers in the territory. Develop deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic solutions meet their needs. Create and own value‑based relationships at all levels of customer organizations. Participate in all phases of territory planning and execution, from discovery to the technical win. Demonstrate Elastic products and solutions during sales meetings and events such as meetups and conferences. Advise the sales team on positioning Elastic products, solutions, and services. Onboard, educate, and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles. Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet client needs. Voice customer and community needs to engineering and leadership teams. Continuously deepen sales and technical skills through self‑driven education and professional development opportunities. Qualifications
Track record of success in a technical presales role within the public sector, with experience selling and implementing technology that gains customer trust. Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies. Passion for continuous learning and curiosity. History of successful customer relations, developing architectures that meet goals or outperform competitors. Strong influence skills, having convinced teams of ideas, technologies, or architectural patterns. Ability to inspire groups, both large and small. Willingness to travel 30% within the region and occasionally internationally. Compensation
The typical starting On‑Target Earnings range (Base Salary + Variable) for this role is:
€100.900 – €159.600
