JOB TITLE: Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Marketing
LOCATION: Northbrook IL (full time, on site)
TRAVEL: None (minimal travel in future is possible)
Position Summary:
Located in Northbrook, Illinois, Saf‑T‑Gard International, Inc. is a privately held family‑owned and operated global supplier of industrial safety products. Founded in 1936 as the Latex Glove Company, Saf‑T‑Gard quickly evolved into a predominant manufacturer, distributor, importer, and exporter of personal protective equipment, environmental safety, facility safety, first aid, public safety, and electrical safety. Today, Saf‑T‑Gard carries on the tradition that was started more than 90 years ago: bringing customers the products, training, and service they need to keep employees safe in the workplace.
We are seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy, and detail‑oriented Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator to support key initiatives across marketing, e‑commerce, CRM administration, and sales operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, managing projects independently, and contributing across a fast‑paced B2B organization.
What You’ll Do Marketing & Digital
Maintain website product content, digital assets, and landing pages
Coordinate product launches, website updates, and ongoing e‑commerce maintenance
Facilitate social media content creation and scheduling across multiple platforms
Support blog publishing, email marketing, and digital marketing initiatives
Help organize, source and/or prepare product photography and marketing graphics
Assist with administration and maintenance of the company CRM platform, ensuring accurate and organized data
Support sales reporting, pricing updates, lead imports, and KPI tracking
Assist with customer, supplier, and buying group administrative processes
Help maintain dashboards, reports, and business performance metrics
Trade Shows & Cross‑Functional Support
Assist with trade show coordination and marketing execution
Collaborate with marketing, sales, purchasing, and operations teams on special projects
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or comparable work experience
1–3 years of relevant marketing, sales operations, or coordinator experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
Bonus Points For
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Experience with website CMS platforms or e‑commerce tools
Exposure to ERP systems, reporting tools, or marketing automation platforms
B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience

Compensation Details: $50,000 - $62,000 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as relevant education, experience, qualifications, or skills.
