The Sales Operations Senior Analyst will join the Quota and Capacity Planning (QCP) team, serving as the PMO lead to drive program management excellence and support the development and optimization of our Anaplan‑based quota planning environment. The role partners closely with Sales, Strategy, Finance, and cross‑functional technology teams to ensure our planning tools and processes scale with the business. Responsibilities
Serve as the PMO lead for the Quota and Capacity Planning team—managing project timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverable tracking across the annual quota planning cycle and ongoing operational initiatives. Drive internal communications and cross‑functional alignment for key quota programs, ensuring accurate execution and clear escalation paths. Lead preparation of content for high‑stakes planning reviews and executive audiences, translating complex operational details into compelling, data‑driven narratives. Partner with business stakeholders and Anaplan developers to translate quota business requirements into scalable planning solutions. Identify opportunities for increased optimization and automation in existing planning processes and models. Manage concurrent workstreams and cross‑functional dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication to leadership. Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, Finance, or a related field, with a strong background in program or project management. Demonstrated PMO experience managing cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on experience with Anaplan, including end‑user, UAT contributor, requirements writer, or model development facilitator. B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, or related field). Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze ambiguous problems and drive toward recommendations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex operational details into clear, high‑impact presentations for executive audiences. Power‑user proficiency in Excel; ability to communicate insights clearly in Google Slides or PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications
Anaplan Model Builder certification or equivalent hands‑on model development experience. Familiarity with quota setting methodologies, sales coverage models, and territory alignment. Experience working in Agile or structured PMO frameworks (e.g., SmartSheet, Quip). Knowledge of SQL and/or Snowflake with interest in developing further expertise. Ability to quickly ramp on Salesforce collaboration and planning technologies (Google Workspace, Anaplan, Slack). Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift rapidly. Strong personal credibility and counseling skills, with a proven ability to build close working relationships. Capability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities; strong meeting management skills. Benefits
Typical base salary range: $94,000 – $142,300 annually (base only; does not include bonus, equity, or benefits). Paid time off, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and employee stock purchasing program. Equitable compensation practices that reflect regional labor market dynamics. Equal Opportunity Statement
