Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Our Remote Inside Sales Representative position is available for candidates based in the state of Texas. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role.

Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Responsibilities
A passionate seller: when a lead comes in, you skillfully pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders.
A front line liaison: you rise to the role of representing the Liberty brand; you believe in what you’re selling, and you enjoy connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs.
A reliable teammate: whether you work at the office or from home, you adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our policyholders.
A customer-centered closer: while sales is in your title, integrity is in your nature. You sincerely care that our customers get exactly the quality products and services they need to embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow.
Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing!
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Shift options are 11:30-8 pm EST, 12:30-9 pm EST, or 1:30-10 pm EST. This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 6 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber or DSL) high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet services.
Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
