Ever Nimble is excited to present an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join the Reactive Support team in our Swansea office. This is a great opportunity for individuals that are looking to gain more experience to join a forward-thinking and supportive company.

*About you:*
* 2 years (minimum) of experience in IT support is required for this role;
* Familiarity with hardware components including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
* Ability to travel to client sites as needed (via company Uber account).
*About the role:*
* As part of our award-winning support desk team, you’ll provide awesome first and second-line tech support to our incredible customers;
* Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
* Support a vast array of software across many industries;
* Handle on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs;
* Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary;
* Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies.
*Customer Service is key:*
* Customer confidence; we communicate with our clients in person and on the phone;
* Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, with the ability to provide advice to non-technically minded customers;
* Work collaboratively;
* Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
* Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.

* Datto (RMM, DR, Networking)
* Firewalls & Networking

* All types of IT hardware

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
