We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Position OverviewAs the Assistant General Manager at Supreme Dumplings, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your role will involve leadership, team management, customer service, and operational support to maintain our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Support: Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Customer Service: Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff members, provide guidance and support, and promote a positive work culture focused on teamwork and excellence.
- Financial Management: Support budgeting efforts, monitor costs, and contribute to revenue growth initiatives while ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to food safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the management team, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Previous experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant/hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial principles.
