Job DescriptionWe are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Representative to identify opportunities, establish strong relationships with potential clients, and support the growth of our customer pipeline. This role plays a central part in positioning Chats Cloud Cover as a trusted partner for modern digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and introduce Chats Cloud Cover solutions.
- Conduct outreach via calls, email, and strategic prospecting to build a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and seamless handoff of leads.
- Track and manage prospects through the CRM system, maintaining high-quality records and reporting.
- Represent Chats Cloud Cover with professionalism and strong product understanding.
- Support the development of new strategies to improve lead generation and sales effectiveness.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to identify business needs and articulate value-driven solutions. Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Proficient with CRM systems and best practices in pipeline management. Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills.
