Head Of Program Management

Job Location: Santa Clara, CA

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: Depends on the experience.

We are looking for a Head of Program Management with a vast experience in the semiconductor field spanning all design stages, IP verification, physical design, back end engineering, key customer engagement and ramping to production. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with upper management delivering results on high priority business and operational objectives. If you have strong program management skills, a go-getter attitude, and want to scale from product development to driving corporate initiatives/programs to build a successful company, then this position will be ideal for you. This is a high-profile position with excellent growth opportunity working closely with executive staff members.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Proactively drive development teams delivering on the project milestones with minimal supervision. from initial architecture through device production.
  • Develop schedules, project budgets and human resource requirements using industry standard s/w tools (MS Project, Atlassian tools).
  • Collaborate closely with the leaders of the staff to identify strategy, tactics, and actions to meet corporate priorities.
  • Develop and track KPIs and priorities based on corporate objectives that track development activities and execution.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong academic and technical background in electrical engineering. Bachelor's in EE is required.
  • 8-year program manager experience on complex SoC/silicon products from concept to high volume manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor development that spans from concept, definition, development, manufacturing and productization of complex SoC type designs.
  • Expert knowledge with Atlassian Tools and JIRA Scrum Methodologies as well as using work breakdown structure to identify objectives and milestones.
  • Proven track record leading a multi-disciplinary team achieving production dates and goals.
  • Entrepreneurial, open-mind behavior and can-do attitude being a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
  • High speed mixed signal SoC semiconductor development.
  • Being a Scrum Master, leading teams using Atlassian methodologies.
