Responsibilities
Initiate outbound interactions with our prospect base of G1000 potential customers and respond/qualify incoming web and phone inquiries.
Create a great first impression for prospects and customers by providing a world‑class experience.
Partner with experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your own skills.
Maintain active engagement with new and existing contacts using creative follow‑up communications designed to increase customer interest.
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
Research and build new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling).
Conduct high‑level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
Provide presentations and general support to prospective customers.
Evangelize Rifiniti and our market‑disrupting technology and analytics.
Exceed monthly goals of qualified opportunities, quality contacts, and daily activities.
Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system (Salesforce.com).
Qualifications
Experience.
1–3 years of B2B technology business development experience. Early‑stage company experience and analytics knowledge are big pluses.
Tenacious self‑starter.
