Functieomschrijving Hou je ervan om cijfers te analyseren, strategisch mee te denken en managementbeslissingen te ondersteunen met heldere financiële inzichten? Wil je vanuit jouw expertise bijdragen aan een efficiënte werking en de verdere groei van een duurzame organisatie? Dan is deze uitdaging als Business Controller binnen Bebat Groep ongetwijfeld iets voor jou.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Business Controller voor Bebat Groep:
Je analyseert financiële data. Pro-actief signaleren van trends, afwijkingen en risico's
Je draagt bij aan opstellen van meerjarenplannen, budgetten en investeringsbeslissingen en vertaalt deze naar strategische inzichten.
Je geeft advies aan het management van Bebat en Sortbat om bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren, kosten te besparen, winstgevendheid te verhogen (operationele excellence commerciële excellence financiële excellence) en toekomstige doelen te behalen.
Je gaat samen met het management van de groep businesscases opstellen of plannen evalueren (vb. winstgevendheid bedrijfstakken, make-or-buy beslissingen, optimalisatie van supply chainkosten, strategische dossiers, …)
Je fungeert als een sparringpartner, bouwen voort op de data van de boekhouding en kijken vooruit om de organisatie succesvol te maken
Je bent de spilfiguur in het selecteren en meetbaar maken van KPI’s om voortgang van de doelstellingen te meten.
Als financial controller zorg je voor de stabiliteit en nauwkeurigheid van de huidige financiële processen en levert de harde cijfers die nodig zijn voor strategische beslissingen.
Je bent de ERP key-user voor het Finance team
Je ondersteunt tijdens de afsluitingscyclus het Finance team in de diverse boekhoudkundige taken en zorgt mee voor een correcte rapportages voor de verschillende Bebat groepsentiteiten.
Profiel
Master handelswetenschappen ofwel economie (TEW/ handelsingenieur).
Je hebt minstens 5 relevante ervaring als business controller.
Je bent bijzonder analytisch, duikt in de details maar behoudt je helikopterview.
Je beheerst Excel uitermate goed (draaitabellen, macro’s en power pivots).
Je kan goed overweg met ERP-pakketten en BI (Business Intelligence) voor de rapportering. Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics (Business central) als ERP is een sterke troef.
Je communiceert duidelijk en brengt je boodschap op een niet-technische, maar concrete manier.
Je werkt nauw samen met het Finance team en alle andere departementen (vb. operations, sales & marketing, supply chain, HR, general management).
Je rapporteert aan de CFO van Bebat groep
