Der Zentralbereich Finanzen und Recht nimmt wesentliche betriebswirtschaftliche und juristische Aufgaben der Messe München wahr. Als interner Dienstleister umfasst der Bereich die Funktionen Finanzen, Controlling, Zentraleinkauf und Recht. Künftig wird dieses Portfolio um steuerliche Themen erweitert.
Für unseren Zentralbereich Finanzen & Recht, Abteilung Finanzen, suchen wir ab sofort und unbefristet einen Tax Manager (m/w/d). Bei der Stelle handelt es sich um eine unbefristete Stelle in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Sie verantworten als Transfer Pricing Officer der Messe München Gruppe die Fortschreibung der Transfer Pricing Guideline sowie die notwendige Erstellung der Verrechnungspreisdokumentation wie z. B. Masterfile und locale file. Dies umfasst auch die Kontrolle der Verrechnungspreisdokumentation aller Tochtergesellschaften

Sie veranlassen die Rechnungsstellung an die Tochtergesellschaften im Rahmen der Verrechnungspreisthematik mit entsprechender Dokumentation

Sie beraten die in- und ausländischen Beteiligungen bzw. bei Messe- und/oder Unternehmensakquisitionen in steuerlichen Angelegenheiten

Sie geben eine Einschätzung umsatzsteuerlicher Sachverhalte und Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag ab

Sie sind für das Reporting zur Berichterstattung diverser Gremien hinsichtlich der Einhaltung der Grundsätze des BilMoG verantwortlich

Sie bringen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Uni oder FH) mit dem Schwerpunkt Steuerrecht mit oder haben die Prüfung zum Steuerberater erfolgreich abgeschlossen und haben 3 – 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzabteilung eines international agierenden Unternehmens oder in der Steuer- /Wirtschaftsprüfung

Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen internationales Steuerrecht und Buchhaltung sowie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Kompetenz in der Umsetzung von Analyseergebnissen in erfolgreiche Strategien

Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit sowie ein offenes und sicheres Auftreten
